What you agree to as a Peptide Partner.
Short version below. Break these and we pause your account and hold accruing commissions pending review.
The rules
- Talk about structure/function only — no disease, cure, or treatment claims.
- Never say "FDA approved" or imply it.
- Disclose your partner relationship on every promotion (#ad or "affiliate").
- No paid ads targeting our brand names (Portal Health, Nova Bio, Peptide Partner).
- No paid ads on peptide names pointed at Portal domains.
Structure/function only
Peptides in this program are not approved to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk about how they may support recovery, sleep quality, energy, or performance — not disease outcomes. Never make weight-loss guarantees or promise specific numeric results.
FTC disclosure
Every post, story, DM, or email promoting the product must include a clear affiliate disclosure — #ad or "affiliate partner" — up front, not buried in hashtags.
Paid advertising limits
You may not run paid ads that bid on or use our brand names (Portal Health, Nova Bio, Peptide Partner) in ad copy or keywords. You also may not run paid ads on peptide-specific names (semaglutide, BPC-157, etc.) that direct traffic to Portal domains. Organic content is fine.
Health questions
You are not a clinician for your clients. Route dosing, protocol, and any medical questions to the client's own Portal dashboard and consult team.
