- What is Peptide Partner?
- Peptide Partner is the plug-and-play infrastructure for launching and scaling a peptide brand — vetted US-tested product, US-based fulfillment, a custom-built storefront, and the software layer that wires them together.
- Are these products for human consumption?
- No. All products sold through Peptide Partner and its partner network are research-use-only (RUO) chemicals for laboratory research. They are not drugs, not supplements, not for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for therapeutic use.
- How does dropshipping work?
- When your customer places an order on your storefront, the order flows into our system automatically. We pull the correct vial, label it with your brand, and dispatch same-day (before 2PM ET) via FedEx 2-Day Express. You never touch a vial and never hold inventory.
- What's the difference between dropship and wholesale pricing?
- Dropship pricing is on-demand and requires no inventory commitment — you pay when your customer pays you. Wholesale pricing is deeper per-unit but requires a prepaid inventory commitment. Wholesale is only visible to Empire-tier partners.
- How fast can I launch?
- Most partners are live and taking orders within seven business days of approval. Storefront build, label design, and fulfillment wiring happen in parallel.
- Are the peptides tested?
- Yes. Every lot is independently tested in the United States for identity and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is on file for every lot and available to partners and their customers on request.
- Where do you ship from?
- A US-based warehouse. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2PM ET. FedEx 2-Day Express is the default outbound service.
- Do I need a business entity?
- Yes. Peptide Partner is a B2B relationship — we onboard operators, brands, and clinics, not individuals. You should have an LLC or corporation, a business bank account, and a payment processor before applying.
- Do you help with payment processing?
- Empire-tier partners receive payment processor setup guidance. Peptide-safe processing is its own topic — we point you at the stack that actually works.
- Can I use my existing storefront?
- Sometimes. We typically prefer to build the storefront ourselves so it's wired natively into our backend and handles gated pricing, strength-aware products, and RUO-native compliance out of the box. If you already have a site, mention it in your application and we'll evaluate.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No minimums on dropship (all tiers). Wholesale (Empire only) requires a prepaid inventory commitment sized to your projected velocity.
- How does gated pricing work?
- Partner pricing is never visible to the public. Dropship pricing is visible only to approved partners; wholesale pricing is additionally gated to Empire-tier partners. Enforcement happens at the database level — an unauthenticated request cannot retrieve pricing under any circumstance.
- What's on the vial?
- Your brand. Compound. Strength. Lot number. Expiry. Standard RUO disclosure copy. Substrate and finish are your call.
- How long does approval take?
- Typically within 24 hours of application. Empire-tier applications may take longer if we need to align on velocity and inventory commitment.
