The specifics that separate real ops from theater

Cutoff time is real

"Same-day" only means something if the cutoff is honored. Ours is 2PM ET on business days. Orders after cutoff go out the next business morning. Publish that same cutoff on your storefront and your customers stop asking where their order is.

Lot to unit to order

Every vial that leaves the building is labeled with a lot number that traces back to the exact test result on file. If a regulator or a real buyer asks for a COA for the unit they received, we can produce it in one click. Most competitor "COAs" are a PDF for a lot that shipped nine months ago.

Discreet + compliant outer

The outer packaging does not identify the product, the category, or the peptide name. Inside, the vial and its packaging carry the correct RUO labeling. This is the default, not an upsell.

Cold chain awareness

Compounds that need thermal handling get it — gel packs, insulated liners, and weather-aware shipping windows. The warehouse crew understands what BPC-157 is versus what NAD+ is versus what GLP-2 is.

How it plugs into your business

The fulfillment layer is not a separate integration you have to build. If your storefront is on Peptide Partner (Launch / Pro / Empire), it's already talking to the warehouse. Orders route in, tracking routes out, and lot metadata syncs back — with no middleware, no Zapier, and no developer.
